How Our Process Works

Begin by purchasing your selected service package directly from this website. Once your order is complete, we’ll send a complete shipping kit directly to your home. All required documentation will already be filled out for you, making the process as simple as possible.

When your kit arrives, carefully place your wedding dress and any included accessories into the provided clear bag along with the prefilled inventory form. Before packing, please be sure to unbustle your dress, as this helps prevent stress on the fabric during transit. If you choose to include additional accessories such as a veil, belt, or sash, be sure to note each item on both inventory sheets if not done so already.

Once packed in any box of your choice, securely close the clear bag using the provided tie, place it into your box, and tape the box. Attach the prepaid FedEx shipping labels, then drop the package off at your nearest FedEx location.

The wedding dress cleaning process typically takes 2–3 months to complete. Throughout this time, we will track your dress and keep you updated on its progress, including confirmation of delivery and estimated return timing.
